Day 1: Arrival in Casablanca

Day 2: Casablanca - Rabat - Chefchaouen

Day 4: Exploring Fes - Guided tour of the city

You will have a trip around Fes with your local guide. Fes is the oldest imperial city founded by Idriss II. Fes is also the traditional center of Arab-Muslim culture. Day 5: Fes – Ifrane – Azrou – Midelt - Erfoud

We will continue to visit Barbary monkeys in Azrou town after we will go through to Medelt where we will stop for lunch.

After delicious and traditional lunch, we will pass along the Ziz valley crossing thousands of palms to the city of dates; Erfoud, very famous for local fossil products and known as the capital town of date production in Morocco. We will stay in Erfoud overnight at a local hotel with dinner and breakfast.

Day 6: Erfoud - Rissani - Merzouga Desert

Day 7: Merzouga desert and camel trek to desert camp

After breakfast, we will explore the desert dunes area. You will make a circuit of the desert dunes where you will have the opportunity to see how the Nomads live and the amazing changing contrasts of the desert. we will visit the mines of the kohl (Mifis); we will be able to meet some nomadic families and take a break for Berber mint tea, visit Tissardmine, an area where the Dakar passed at the time that passed through Moroccan soil, we will finish the route in a place where we will taste food from the gastronomic tradition of nomads.

Then visit the village of Khamlia where we will have free lunch “Berber Pizza” This village is inhabited by descendants of Sudanese slaves who will welcome you with mint tea while enjoying their traditional music. After breakfast and showering in the camp, you will ride camels back to the village. We will complete our big tour driving on your to Todra Gorges via Berber villages, kasbahs, and palms grove, and pass through Rissani and Tafilalet. Todra Gorges win an altitude of 300 m, where we stop at a local restaurant for lunch.

This Valley is a nice place with water springing from the Rocky Mountains, known as an area of climbing, and running down the green valley. You will also see the beautiful town of Boumalne Dades, with the visit of the rock formations called “monkey fingers”. Overnight in Dades Gorges at a local riad with dinner and breakfast.

Day 9: Dades gorges - Ouarzazate - Ait Ben Haddou

We’ll set off through the Dades Valley towards Kalaat M’gouna and Ouarzazate. Kalaat M’gouna is called “the rose city”, where we may purchase the rosewater, a famous local product, known throughout Morocco as the capital city of roses for the wide cultivation of roses besides apples, also they will explain to you the distillation of the roses. The Kasbahs embellish the road with a hint of ancientness, making it the Road of a Thousand Berber village, Kasbahs.

We continue to Skoura with the visit of Amridil Kasbah, and Ouarzazate called “the Hollywood of Africa”. You will take a local guided trek around villages and enjoy magnificent panoramic views of the Atlas Mountains. You will return to Marrakech at the end of the afternoon, arriving back to the “Red City” at around 19:00.

Day 13: Marrakech - Essaouira day trip

After breakfast, we leave Marrakech at 08:00, to the beautiful Essaouira on the Atlantic Coast. Essaouira is one of the quiet smallest lovely towns in Morocco as it has unique weather and lovely beach and interesting old history. Currently, the city is a paradise for surfers, nestled in a geographical site where winds are a constant caused by waves appreciated by surfers who come from all corners of the planet.

Once you arrive at the port city, formerly known as Mogador, you will have time to enjoy the charming sights of Essaouira, including its ochre-colored walls, the beautiful Moulay El Hassan square, and the souks, as well as the little streets of the city’s old Medina. Enjoy a lunch of fresh fish in a local restaurant. During your Marrakech day trip, you will visit an association of Berber women producing of Argan oil, see the local markets, and marvel at the gems in the jeweler’s quarter. Return to Marrakech at the end of the afternoon, arriving back around 19:00.

Day 14: Marrakech - Ouzoud waterfalls

At 8 a.m., we will pick up you from your riad or hotel to the Ouzoud waterfalls, one of the dramatically beautiful landscapes spread in the High Atlas Mountain and the highest falls in North Africa. Its majestic falls plunge 360 feet (110 meters) to the ground below and refreshing and rejuvenating sight. From Marrakech, it takes more or less 3 hours to arrive with a minibus or 4 × 4 towards the falls.

Along the way, marvel at the traditional towns and typical Berber villages of the Grand Atlas, and pass through the shade of ancient olive trees as you approach the waterfalls.
