PAYMENT PROCESS
To confirm and secure your reservation with Lovely Morocco Tours, we require a small deposit payment, the amount of which depends on the tour or activity you choose, the services included, and the time remaining before your departure. The deposit is securely paid through our PayPal account, while the remaining balance is paid in cash on the first day of your tour when you meet your driver-guide. For your convenience, we accept the final payment in Euros (€), US Dollars (USD), or Moroccan Dirhams (MAD).
If paying in a different currency, the exchange rate will be calculated using the XE Currency Converter (xe.com) to ensure a fair and transparent conversion. Once we receive your deposit, we will immediately confirm that it has been successfully received and send you a detailed booking confirmation by email. Your confirmation will include your complete itinerary, pick-up details, accommodation information, tour inclusions, and all the essential travel information you need before arriving in Morocco.
Your deposit guarantees the availability of your private Morocco tour and allows our team to reserve your accommodations, private transportation, luxury or standard desert camp, local guides, and any additional services requested in advance. We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak travel seasons, to ensure the best availability and accommodation options.

FULL PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL
For guests who prefer to pay the full tour amount in advance via PayPal, we are happy to offer this secure payment option.
Please note that a 10% PayPal processing fee will be added to the total tour price. This fee is necessary to cover the transaction costs associated with receiving and transferring the funds. The 10% fee is made up of:
- 5% – PayPal transaction and payment processing fees charged for transferring funds from your PayPal account to our PayPal account.
- 5% – Additional transfer and withdrawal fees incurred when transferring the funds from our PayPal account to our official business bank account.
To avoid these additional PayPal charges, many of our guests choose to pay only the required booking deposit via PayPal and settle the remaining balance in cash on the first day of the tour in Euros (€), US Dollars (USD), or Moroccan Dirhams (MAD).
If you choose to pay the full amount via PayPal, Lovely Morocco Tours will provide you with a detailed payment breakdown, including the applicable 10% PayPal processing fee, before sending your secure payment request, ensuring complete transparency with no hidden costs.
TOUR CONFIRMATION
Once your deposit has been successfully received, Lovely Morocco Tours will officially confirm your reservation and begin preparing every aspect of your journey. We will carefully arrange your accommodations, private transportation, local guides, desert camp, and all the services included in your itinerary to ensure everything is ready before your arrival.
After confirming all your travel arrangements, we will send you a personalized Tour Confirmation PDF containing all the important details of your trip. This private travel document includes your complete itinerary, pick-up location and time, accommodation information, transportation details, tour inclusions, payment summary, emergency contact information, and useful travel tips to help you prepare for your Moroccan adventure.
Our travel team will remain in contact with you before your arrival in Morocco to answer any questions, make reasonable adjustments if needed, and ensure that every detail is perfectly organized. If you require airport transfers, special dietary requests, child seats, or other personalized services, we will be happy to arrange them in advance whenever possible.
Your tour is considered fully confirmed only after we have received your deposit and sent you both your official booking confirmation and your personalized Tour Confirmation PDF. At Lovely Morocco Tours, we understand that travel plans can sometimes change unexpectedly.
- Our cancellation policy has been created to be fair to both our guests and our local partners while covering the costs associated with organizing your private tour, including accommodations, transportation, local guides, and other pre-booked travel services.
- By confirming a reservation with Lovely Morocco Tours, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our cancellation terms and conditions.
- Your booking becomes officially confirmed only after we receive the required deposit and send you a written booking confirmation by email.
- The person making the reservation (the lead traveler) accepts these booking conditions on behalf of everyone included in the reservation and is responsible for all communication regarding cancellations, amendments, or special requests.
- If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please notify us in writing by email or through our official contact form as soon as possible. Your request will be reviewed by our team, and we will send you written confirmation once the cancellation or amendment has been processed. Requests are considered valid only after you receive our confirmation.
- Where a refund is applicable under our cancellation terms, it will be processed promptly using the same payment method used for the original deposit whenever possible.
- While we process refunds as quickly as we can, the time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment platform.
- All cancellation fees and refund eligibility are calculated according to the original tour departure date, regardless of when any amendments or changes were made to the booking.
- We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected events that may require you to cancel or interrupt your trip.
CANCELLATION FEES & REFUND POLICY
At Lovely Morocco Tours, we understand that travel plans may occasionally change due to unforeseen circumstances. While we always strive to offer flexibility whenever possible, cancellations may result in costs because accommodations, private transportation, desert camps, local guides, and other travel services are reserved and confirmed in advance on your behalf.
For this reason, our cancellation policy has been designed to be fair, transparent, and respectful of both our guests and our local travel partners. If you need to cancel your reservation, you must notify Lovely Morocco Tours in writing by email or through our official contact form.
Your cancellation request becomes effective only from the date we receive your written notification. All refunds and applicable cancellation charges are calculated based on the original departure date of your tour, regardless of any subsequent amendments made to the booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY: LOW & MEDIUM SEASON
(January 5th – February 28th | June 1st – July 31st | November 1st – November 30th)
- 15 days or more before departure: You are entitled to either a 100% refund of your tour deposit (excluding any non-refundable reservation, PayPal, banking, or payment processing fees) or 100% future travel credit that can be used on a future tour with Lovely Morocco Tours.
- 14 days or less before departure: Your deposit becomes non-refundable, as your accommodations, transportation, guides, and other travel services will have already been confirmed and secured.
CANCELLATION POLICY: HIGH SEASON
(March 1st – May 31st | August 1st – October 31st | December 1st – January 4th)
During Morocco’s High Season, availability is extremely limited, and the demand for quality riads, hotels, luxury desert camps, and private transportation is exceptionally high. To guarantee your reservation, Lovely Morocco Tours must confirm and secure your travel services well in advance. In many cases, we are required to pay non-refundable deposits or even up to 50% of the total reservation cost to our accommodation providers and local travel partners in order to officially secure your booking.
For this reason, the following cancellation conditions apply during High Season:
- 30 days or more before departure: You are entitled to either a 100% refund of your tour deposit (excluding any non-refundable reservation, PayPal, banking, or payment processing fees) or 100% future travel credit that can be used toward any future tour with Lovely Morocco Tours.
- 29 days or less before departure: Your deposit becomes non-refundable, as your accommodations, desert camp, transportation, local guides, and other travel services will have already been officially confirmed and secured through advance payments made to our trusted partners.
We always do our best to accommodate changes whenever possible. If unexpected circumstances prevent you from traveling, please contact us as soon as possible. Whenever feasible, we will work with our partners to help reschedule your tour or transfer your reservation to a future travel date.

CHILDREN POLICY
At Lovely Morocco Tours, we warmly welcome families traveling with children and strive to make every journey enjoyable, comfortable, and family-friendly. Our child pricing policy is designed to provide the best value while ensuring appropriate seating, accommodations, and services throughout your tour.
- Children aged 1 to 3 years travel free of charge, provided they share existing seats in the vehicle and existing bedding with their parents or guardians. If additional services, such as a separate bed or child seat, are requested, supplementary charges may apply.
- Children aged 4 to 7 years benefit from a 50% discount on the standard adult tour price. This discounted rate applies when sharing a room with their parents or guardians and using the services included in the itinerary.
- Children aged 8 years and above are charged the standard adult rate, as they occupy their own seat in the vehicle, require full accommodation arrangements, and receive all services included in the tour.
If you are traveling with children, please let us know their ages at the time of booking so we can prepare suitable accommodations, child seats (if required), and recommend the most appropriate itinerary for your family. Our team is always happy to customize your Morocco tour to ensure a safe, comfortable, and memorable experience for travelers of all ages.
