Day 1: Casablanca - Rabat

On the first day of our 11 11-day tour from Casablanca to Marrakech. Upon arrival at Mohammed V International Airport in Casablanca, you will be greeted by your guide and the tour starts by embarking on a visit to the magnificent Hassan II Mosque, renowned for its stunning oceanfront location and intricate architectural details. Following this, you will travel to Rabat, the capital city of Morocco, which is approximately a 1.5-hour drive away. Arrive in Rabat, and explore the historical Kasbah of the Udayas, the iconic Hassan Tower, and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V. Overnight stay at a riad/hotel in Rabat.

Day 2: Rabat - Tangier - Asilah

After breakfast at your riad in Rabat, depart for Tangier, a vibrant port city about a 2-hour drive from Rabat. Arrive to Tangier and visit the historic Medina, the old Kasbah, and the cave of hercules, which offers panoramic views of the city and the sea. Continue your journey to Asilah, a charming coastal town renowned for its artistic flair and beautifully preserved blue-and-white medina. Day 3: Asilah - Chefchaouen

Next, travel to Meknes (45 minutes), where you can see the grand Bab Mansour Gate, wander through El Hedim Square, and visit the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail. After your time in Meknes, drive to Fes (approximately 1 hour) and check into your riad. Overnight stay at a riad/hotel in the medina of Fes.

Day 5: Fez Private Guided Tour

Day 6: Fes - Ifrane - Cedar Forests - Ziz Valley - Merzouga desert

Setting out from Fes, following breakfast at your riad. Early in the morning, depart Fes for a scenic drive through the Middle Atlas Mountains. Stop in Ifrane, known as “Little Switzerland” for its alpine-style architecture, and Azrou, famous for its cedar forests and Barbary macaques. Continue your 11-day Morocco itinerary south to Merzouga Sahara desert (approximately 7-8 hours), arriving in the afternoon. Here, embark on a camel trek over the Erg Chebbi dunes, witnessing a stunning Sahara sunset. Spend the night in a Berber desert camp, enjoying dinner, a Berber party (local music), and stargazing in the Sahara desert.

Day 7: Merzouga 4x4 Desert Tour - Erg Chebbi Exploration

In the morning, wake up earlier as you can so as not to miss the stunning view, and the captivating sunrise over the dunes. Then after a gastronomic breakfast at your Berber desert camp. Next, we continue the 11-day desert tour from Casablanca to Marrakech by going for the Merzouga desert trip on a 4×4 to explore the Merzouga desert, green oasis, and nomads, and visit the home of origin of dark-skinned people called “Gnawa” to listen to the enjoyable music they produce with drums and other traditional instruments. Enjoy scenic landscapes as you pass by Berber villages and beautiful views in the Sahara desert. In the evening, after a full-day desert adventure, you will drive to your hotel in Merzouga village for an overnight stay (dinner & breakfast).

Day 8: Merzouga Sahara - Todra Gorges - Dades Valley

After breakfast, drive to Rissani to visit this vibrant town known for its local souks, next continue to the Todra Gorge, renowned for its towering red rock cliffs and breathtaking natural beauty. Spend some time hiking and exploring the gorge before continuing to the Dades Valley to explore this oasis, see the rock formations, and enjoy the scenery. Day 9: Dades Valley - Ouarzazate - Atlas Mountains - Marrakech

Continue to Ait Benhaddou (30 minutes), a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its well-preserved ksar. Explore the ancient village and its winding streets, and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

Depart from Ait Benhaddou and travel through the High Atlas Mountains via the scenic Tizi n’Tichka Pass (approximately 4 hours). Enjoy the stunning mountain views and pass through traditional Berber villages. Arrive in Marrakech, where you’ll settle into your accommodations by sunset. Overnight stay at a riad/hotel in the heart of the old Medina of Marrakesh.

Day 10: Marrakech Private Guided Tour with a local guide

After breakfast, you’ll meet our Marrakech private tour guide and begin your exploration of this vibrant city. You will learn about the most historically significant monuments. As a result, the Marrakech day trip includes Ben Youssef Madrasa, Morocco’s biggest Islamic school with Moorish architecture. It also features the Bahia Palace, a historical palace with mosaic walls built in the 19th century by Minister Ahmed Ben Mousa.

The following attractions are the Jewish Quarter and the Koutoubia Mosque. Afterward, you go to the city’s main square, Jemaa El Fna, which is well-known for its vitality at night when people crowd around comedians, storytellers, and snake enchanters.
